This 1960 Chevrolet Biscayne is a well-kept example of an early-1960s American sedan, having remained with the same enthusiast for over 23 years. Known for its simplicity and durability, the Biscayne represents one of Chevrolet’s most popular and practical models of its era.

The car has benefited from a partial restoration and presents nicely overall. Its straight body is finished in Tasco Turquoise and Ermine White, giving it a period-correct and eye-catching look. A tasteful upgrade includes Impala-style triple taillights, enhancing its classic character, while GM Rally wheels paired with new radial tires provide a subtle modern touch.

Inside, the cabin has been refreshed with gray cloth and vinyl upholstery that closely follows the original design. The factory AM radio remains installed, although it is currently not operational. Power comes from the dependable 235ci “Stovebolt” inline-six engine producing 135 horsepower, paired with a 3-speed manual transmission with a column shifter. Believed to be original, the engine runs strong, and the car retains its traditional driving feel with manual steering and four-wheel drum brakes.
